Jarka and Lola met a decade ago at Deshima Amsterdam - Kushi Macrobiotic Institute of Europe. With 25 years of experience, Jarka is the most dedicated, passionate, and ever-so-smiley vegan & macrobiotic chef that you’ll ever meet!
Imagine sipping your AROMATIC coffee served with SPICED oats and CARAMELISED pears for breakfast…Or licking your lips on peanut butter SILK tofu sticks with abundant oriental salads and SPONGY orange-chocolate cake as dessert.
Expect plant-based power food as you’ve never experienced before!

Tower Suite with king size bed (can’t be separated) and ensuite private bathroom, private terrace with pool view AND private rooftop terrace.

6 days of luxury accommodation at Casa Fuzetta including unlimited use of the pool, meditation room, library lounge, roof terrace, yoga materials, and more
6 nights of rejuvenating sleep in a private or shared double room. All rooms have an ensuite bathroom with organic, cruelty-free shampoo & body wash by LA-EVA (made in the UK, featured in Vogue!)
6 Sunrise Yoga & Meditation sessions. (you’re always free to skip one if you feel the need to sleep in abundantly)
All* vegetarian & vegan homemade meals prepared by your private chef. (*except the Sunday Surprise lunch in a restaurant. This is not included)

What’s not included
Flights to and from Portugal. Faro is the nearest airport and it’s a 15 minute drive from and to Casa Fuzetta. Lisbon or Sevilla are a 3-hour car or bus drive away
Transfer to and from Casa Fuzetta. (yes, you can Uber in the Algarve!)
Travel insurance and trip cancellation insurance
Bank transfer or Paypal costs.
Sunday Surprise lunch on the beach

The vegan & vegetarian meals will be prepared with local, seasonal, and organic ingredients (as much as possible) and if you ask Jarka nicely, she might share some of her kitchen secrets with you...Delicioso!

Weather.
May has an average high temperature of 22ºC and a sea temperature of 19ºC. Low humidity during this month but evenings might feel chilly after a hot sunny day so bring a cozy sweater and some yoga socks.

Faro (Airport)
Casa Fuzetta is within a 15-minute drive from Faro airport, which itself is less than a 3-hour flight from Amsterdam and only just over 3 hours from many other European destinations. The old town is definitely worth visiting during your free time.

Olhão
Casa Fuzetta is located in the heart of the old fishing town Olhão. With its cubist buildings and its famous food market, it faces the Ria Formosa Natural Park, a protected area with a unique ecosystem, featuring the islands, swamps, lagoons, and sand dunes.

Estoi.
Pousada Palácio de Estói and its town are my personal favorite to visit and inhale Portugal’s Abundance. In case you stay extra nights in the Algarve treat yourself to a room in this hotel!
